Resources

I have met so many amazing people here in Santa Fe, practitioners of a multitude of healing practices. And all of these people play a vital part in the health of our community. I often get asked for referrals so I thought I would list them here.

The gracious smile we beam, the words of kindness, the grand ideas, the meals created and shared, all feed our hearts and aid in healing each other. Stronger than the mist of fear there is a deep knowing that seeps up from the quartz laded earth here in Santa Fe that says: we are stronger together. We are greater than the sum of our parts. We need each other not just to survive but to thrive. So in this vein, I have decided to be the change I would like to see in the community.

As a healer (for lack of a better word) my greatest hope is that ev. Like the mycelium beneath our feet we can support each other and thrive. Please harken the doors of the practitioners from all the healing practices below....

Nancy DeYoung

Nancy became interested in working with subtle energies in 1992 as a result of her experiences in the Great Pyramids of Egypt. When she returned home, she learned Reiki and aromatherapy and developed ways to clear energy fields. She became a pioneer in combining the modernised techniques of soul retrieval and spirit releasement. Many of the techniques in books Modern Shamans and Shaman’s Vision were developed as a result of her travels, private sessions and the workshops she taught. Her work presently consists of writing and doing private sessions.. She can be reached at Ndeyoung@juno.com

Adrienne Smith

Adrienne is a certified sound healing practitioner and owner of Perfect Fifths Sound Healing in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Born and raised in Los Angeles, long-time New Englander, former lawyer who worked in higher ed.

In 2018, she left my home and career and spent sixteen months traveling in Italy and New Zealand. She made wine, harvested olives, cooked at retreat centers, trekked to New Zealand’s many back-country huts, and just let her senses stretch out. With that clarity of mind, she was able to commit to what she already knew inside, that her calling lies in sound healing.

Adrienne received her sound healing certification from the Sound Healing Academy. When she is not offering sessions or leading workshops you’ll find her getting to know New Mexico’s many hiking trails and learning the flamenco guitar.
