I use a practical, tried and true style of acupuncture that is my own unique creation, derived from experience and intuition. I believe that acupuncture helps the body heal and come back into homeostasis (balance) so it can alleviate almost any condition mind, body or spirit. It is also very good preventive medicine.

One of my favourite ways to work is to combine acupuncture with Asian bodywork practices (cupping, gua sha and Shiatsu) to treat musculoskeletal issues. Through this synergy of modalities and my experience as a massage therapist I have a unique ability to release trigger points, fascial tension and aid the healing of a myriad of musculoskeletal injuries..

Shamanic Healing addresses the spiritual root of illness. I am trained in energetic hygiene, spiritual empowerment, extractions, psychopomp, soul retrieval and transfiguration.
